Waldorf Astoria Residences Sarasota will replace the vacant Zenith tower at the Main Street and Pineapple Avenue roundabout with an 18-story building of 86 residences. Sales launched in January 2026 with completion estimated in 2029.
Residences run from one to five bedrooms with 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and curved terraces with glass railings. The project also includes more than 40,000 square feet of retail on the 1.18-acre site.
Every tower has its own pattern of floor plans, view corridors and ownership rules, and those details move price more than the neighborhood average does. Tell us what you are looking for and we will walk you through how this building compares with the others downtown.
