Neighborhood guide

Luxury condo living in downtown Sarasota.

Four pockets, six towers, one walkable bayfront. Here is how downtown fits together.

The Quay

The Quay is the new waterfront district on the bay, home to both Ritz-Carlton Residences buildings and One Park. It is where Sarasota’s newest branded and design-forward towers are concentrated, steps from the yacht harbor and the downtown cultural core.

Boulevard of the Arts and Bay Park

Boulevard of the Arts runs along the edge of the 53-acre Bay Park and toward the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Beau Ciel sits here on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the park, and One Park fronts the same corridor at North Tamiami Trail.

The bayfront along Gulfstream

North Gulfstream Avenue puts residents beside the marina and the Ringling Causeway Bridge, with Marina Jack and the downtown restaurants a short walk away. VUE Sarasota Bay is the largest tower here by residence count.

Five Points and Main Street

Five Points, where Main Street, Pineapple Avenue and Central Avenue meet at a roundabout, is the center of downtown’s dining and shopping. The vacant Zenith tower is being replaced by Waldorf Astoria Residences Sarasota.
